The start of a new year is a prime opportunity to reflect back on this past year's accomplishments and look ahead to the future. This past year has brought many new developments at E-Connect, but one of the most exciting has been E-Connect's joint venture with Advanced Machining, Ltd. The team at E-Connect has already made considerable progress as we move toward combining the best practices of both companies to form AMG Group, LLC. ("AMG"), an E-Connect Company (MMBDC Certified).

We would like to take this time to briefly update you on some of the progress we have made and highlight some of the features that make AMG, the Company you will want to work with in the New Year and beyond. We think you will quickly recognize that we will keep our commitment to maintain the same high level of service you have come to expect from both Advanced Machining and E-Connect and will continue to receive from AMG.

To ensure continued success as we merge these two companies, we are taking the necessary time to learn and understand what is important to you, the customer. To start, we have taken the following steps to ensure a smooth and seamless transition:

• Service - AMG is committed to keeping the many behind the scenes activities transparent to our customers and maintaining the same high level of quality and service you have always expected from us. For your convenience, we will continue to maintain the same contact information.
• Value- AMG will continue to search for innovative ways to create value to support our customers. We are looking to update and expand our current capacity later this year. Our corporate headquarters will continue to be in Clinton Township.

We will continue to communicate these developments regarding our integration activities as the year progresses. We are excited about the future of these two merged companies and the increased value we can provide our customers.
